The official BOPA notice records an administrative filing by EMBT against the Comú's tacit denial of a contract-payment claim. Later reports describe a moral-rights award and a separate or overlapping contract/copyright appeal chain.

- Official BOPA No. 74 of 2006 records a claim before the Batllia Administrative Section against tacit administrative denial. A 2010 report says the Batllia awarded about EUR 7,000 for moral-rights infringement. 2011-2012 reports say the Comú appealed an approximately EUR 338,416 contract award and the Tribunal Superior dismissed the appeal. The files could not be matched conclusively without the judgments.
